Job Description:
As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will provide expert advice, conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and ensure a seamless transaction process. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in real estate sales.
Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients.
• Negotiate and finalize deals between buyers and sellers.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and best practices.
• Maintain a strong network of clients and industry contacts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the transaction process.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role in Dubai at least 1 year experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and property laws.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office and real estate software.
• Bachelor's Degree
