Dubai Land Department statistics shows that the real estate market continues to grow.
The interesting fact is that primary market outpaced secondary for the second month in a row. Also, there is a change in Top 10 communities by value growth – first places are taken by:
1. JVC – increased by 73%
2. Business Bay – increased by 44%
3. Dubai Hills Estate – increased by 38%
4. Dubai Marina – increased by 21%
