One of BI Group’s standout achievements in hospitality development is the Hilton Astana Hotel - a flagship international hotel project in Kazakhstan’s capital.

Built in just 8 months, this project was delivered on time and to the highest international standards as part of the infrastructure for Astana EXPO 2017.

“As the project progressed, we had to make a huge number of decisions in real time, identify problem areas, and consult with international partners. It was a serious challenge for the entire team,” said Aydin Rakhimbayev, Founder of BI Group.

We were compared to giants like EMAAR and DAMAC Properties in terms of delivered sqm of residential buildings.

Operating in the US, UAE, Uzbekistan, and Azerbaijan, we continue to expand our presence globally. In 2025, BI Group delivered 2.4 million sqm of residential buildings, surpassing major developers not only in the UAE, but also in Russia and Saudi Arabia!

In Kazakhstan, the total area of residential buildings delivered grew by 5.1%, and we are not going to stop there, continuing to build high-quality real estate projects.
