Meet Joey Ortega Jr., the barista behind your morning at IRTH.
 
If you’ve ever walked into the office and wondered who’s behind that perfectly pulled espresso (with a tiny swan floating on top), it’s Joey. Some days it’s a heart, some days it’s a leaf, some days it’s something none of us can name, but it always tastes incredible.
 
Off the bar, he’s just as in motion, out on his bike, on the basketball court, or with a guitar in hand. Same energy across all of it: good rhythm, good timing, and a knack for making things look easier than they are.
 
Because at IRTH, it’s the people like Joey who turn an office into a place you actually want to be.
