The earlier you know about your property evaluation before handover date the better

When you know you can plan properly.
Some people wait to the last second to understand about the property, especially if they wanna flip out if you wait until the actual handover of the key of your apartment you might be struggling with that it’s a mass in inventory that’s available at the time of key handover for owners some orders initially they’re not planning to sell out their property and then some others they land by the hand already itself and they changed their mind and then they decide to sell out so if you do the same mistakes, you’re obviously gonna be stuck with the wrong valuations

So you have to really be specific in the timeline and then rely on someone that you can trust, To evaluate your property properly and then you can be able to put it into the market in the right time before the actual handover date of the keys and then you will be able to pick up the right pricing and then the right evaluation and then you can flip out at your comfort without stress we might sometime get a bit less than getting much way less.

Well, now you understand reach out if you have any property that you wanna flip out before the handover or at least you wanna know how much it it’s actually worth in that current market where I only own the actual database and statistics that we collect from older sources available in the market to make sure we give you the right and the best opportunity.
