Emaar maintained its market leadership, recording AED 30.6 billion in residential home sales, outperforming the second-largest developer by 83.2%.
Key market highlights include:
• AED 86.8 billion in combined residential sales across Dubai’s top 10 developers, from 36,808 transactions (as of 22 July).
• AED 8.4 billion in luxury sales through 387 transactions above AED 15 million by Emaar.
• Azizi led the affordable housing segment with 8,411 residential sales, followed by Binghatti and DAMAC.
• Emaar has already delivered 3,819 homes across nine projects this year and currently holds Dubai’s largest development pipeline, with 150 projects under construction.
These figures reinforce the strength of Dubai’s real estate market, supported by sustained investor confidence, continued population growth, diversified product offerings, and long-term demand across multiple price segments.
