DUBAI REAL ESTATE MARKET: MAY 2026
According to the Dubai Land Department data:
10,484 property transactions worth $8 billion were completed in Dubai.
Transaction activity saw a 45% contraction in volume and a 56% dip in total value relative to May 2025 levels.
27% ➤ 2,879 transactions valued at $3.6 billion in existing properties
73% ➤ 7,605 transactions valued at $4.4 billion in off-plan properties
Compared to May 2025:
➤ Secondary market volume decreased by 66%, while value eased by 68%
➤ Off-plan volume decreased by 27%, while value eased by 36%
