- The country's GDP in 2022 reached $508 billion, showing an 8.5% growth compared to the previous period. In terms of GDP per capita, the UAE ranks 8th among all countries.
- According to the InterNations Expat Essentials survey, Dubai is the second-best city for relocation.
- Real estate market in Dubai holds top positions in terms of profitability and reliability according to rating agencies. The city's appeal is underscored by a stable population influx of around 100,000 people annually. As of now, the population of the Emirate is 3,628,375, and according to the 2040 Dubai Master Plan, it is expected to double by 2040.
- Let's focus on the numbers: in 2023, the Dubai real estate market witnessed over 130,000 transactions totaling more than $110 billion. This represents a significant growth compared to the previous year, with transaction numbers rising by 37%, and the monetary volume increasing by 55%. All figures are official and sourced from the Dubai Land Department website.
- Investing in Dubai real estate not only brings financial benefits but also offers tax advantages. The average rental yield is 7.5% per annum, but with savvy management, it can reach up to 16.5% per annum. There are successful cases where the return on investment reached 613% in 10 years (61.3% per annum).
