Mastan wasn’t just a cat — she was kind, special, loving, and caring. Truly the best companion we could ever ask for. She brought warmth into our home and became part of our hearts in a way that words can’t fully describe.

You were family to us, Mastan… and you always will be.
We love you and we will miss you deeply.

You left too soon, but to Allah we belong and to Him is our return.

Goodbye Mastan… I will see you in the other world, in shaa Allah.

Everyone is talking about “distressed deals” in Dubai right now… but here’s the reality.

What most people are calling “distressed” isn’t really distress.
It’s either units that were already overpriced, or properties that were never attractive to begin with.

Quality assets?
They’re not being sold at discounts.

For sellers:
Don’t panic. Dubai has been through worse and always came back stronger.

11 years ago I arrived in Dubai with nothing but ambition.
