Cordova Property Management is expanding, and we are looking for experienced professionals to join our growing team in Dubai.
Open Positions:
• Property Manager (Female)
• Business Development Manager (BDM)
If you have a strong background in Dubai real estate, sales, client relations, and property management, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, investors, and clients
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Dubai real estate market
• Generate leads and expand the company’s property portfolio
• Handle property management operations, tenant relations, and client concerns professionally
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Dubai real estate industry
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Experience in property management and business development is preferred
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
• Currently based in the UAE
• Female candidates preferred for the Property Manager position
