California to Dubai Realty Investments My name is Mina Ghattas, and I’ve had a unique journey that has shaped who I am today, both personally and professionally.

I moved to Dubai in 2009, where I began my career in real estate. In November 2017, I moved to California, USA, and in less than three years transitioned from being a real estate agent to becoming an investor, successfully acquiring three houses. In September 2019, I relocated to Nashville, Tennessee, and by January 2020, I purchased my first home there. In 2021, I worked as a real estate agent wi

th Zach Taylor Real Estate in Nashville. Two years later, I bought my second house, and in 2023 I returned to Los Angeles, where I obtained my real estate license and worked with Keller Williams in Ventura and Palos Verdes. Eventually, I returned to Dubai, continuing my career focused on real estate, sales, and investments. This experience has given me strong skills in understanding markets, identifying opportunities, and building lasting client relationships. In addition to my professional path, I am pursuing my education in accounting with the goal of strengthening my expertise and opening more opportunities for the future.
