Sold.

Very pleased to have closed my first sales deal just a week and a half after transitioning from leasing to sales.

I had actually started working on this unit before the Christmas holidays, and as soon as I got back, viewings began. After a couple of solid showings, we secured a strong cash offer and wrapped everything up at a fantastic price for the buyer.

Really enjoyed working on this deal and spending time at Address Residences Dubai Opera. Looking forward to doing many more transactions in this building and the wider Opera District.

2025 Leasing Snapshot.

I’ve always been a big numbers person. During my time back home, I took one evening to properly break down all of my 2025 leasing data. Not just to review the results, but to understand the patterns, the metrics, and what the data says about my performance.

It might sound strange, but it turned into one of my favorite evenings. Seeing everything laid out clearly was genuinely motivating. I’m very happy with how the year shaped up, pleased with the consistency, and proud of what was achieved.

That said, this was never meant to be a victory lap. It’s a checkpoint.

Starting next week, I’ll continue working in the same areas I know best, but with a clear shift in focus toward Sales.

New chapter. Higher standards. Bigger targets.

2025. What a year.

Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for more. So many lessons, challenges, wins, and moments that made this year really special. Winning the Best Newcomer Leasing award meant a lot to me; not just for the result, but for everything that went into it.

Ending the year celebrating with the whole company felt like the perfect way to close this chapter. Truly grateful for the people around me and the journey so far.

Time to head home, recharge, and come back just before New Year’s to get a head start on what’s next.

One year in Dubai.

I moved to Dubai on December 2nd, 2024 to start a new life and make a change in my career. I entered the real estate industry, and one year later, I can safely say it was one of the best decisions of my life.

Working with an amazing company, fantastic management, and colleagues who have become close friends has made this journey even more special. I’m grateful to focus on the areas I love most: Downtown, DIFC, City Walk, and La Mer.

It’s been a wonderful first year full of learning, growth, and unforgettable experiences. Can’t wait to begin my transition into Sales in January.

Here’s to the next chapter in 2026. Let’s go.
