Dubai’s real estate market continues to show resilience with little sign of the distressed deals many had expected to emerge. Demand remains strong with serious buyers continuing to move toward transactions.

Demand for villas remains particularly strong in Dubai Hills Estate Palm Jumeirah and Arabian Ranches where supply continues to lag significantly behind demand.

Buyers want fair value not fire sales. There is more analysis more comparison and more negotiation but none of it driven by distress. This is a maturing market.
