Small few of us here must remember the Thursday nights in there haha??

Wasn’t many other paces to go to, about 500 real estate brokers crammed in what should of been a capacity of about 200, ego’s flying around everywhere, was so hot and sweaty in there..was some fun nights though for sure..followed by Mahiki! πŸ˜‚

Clients still need to rent upsize/downsize, get something with larger balcony or garden etc....and plenty of clients still want to buy and invest seeing it as a great opportunity with the market at around a 10 year low. And lots of clients just want some sound advice. πŸ™
