Dubai's connectivity takes another leap forward.

The RTA has announced the Dubai Metro Gold Line, the city's first fully underground metro route, spanning 42 km across 18 stations, with an AED 34 billion investment and an expected 465,000 daily passengers by 2032.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Pelli Clarke & Partners as the masterplan architect for our upcoming mixed-use development in Al Jaddaf, Dubai.

Spanning approximately one million square feet, this people-first, transit-connected district will bring together residential, commercial, and cultural spaces within a walkable urban community near Dubai Creek Metro and the planned high speed Etihad Rail station, representing our most ambitious project to date and a major step into district-scale urban development.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of internationally acclaimed Lisbon-based studio, Aires Mateus, as lead architect for our upcoming residential development in Dubai South, marking the practice’s first project in the UAE.

Founded by Manuel and Francisco Aires Mateus, the Pessoa Prize-winning practice is recognised for its disciplined approach to architecture, shaped by clarity, proportion, and a deep understanding of space, light and materiality.

This appointment reflects Al Ghurair Development’s continued collaboration with globally respected architects to deliver purposefully designed homes.

The new Dubai South development will offer a collection of one, two, and three-bedroom residences, including duplex homes. Further details will be shared closer to launch.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Neri&Hu Design and Research Office as lead architect for our upcoming residential development in Wadi Al Safa 3, near Al Barari and The Wilds in Dubai.

This marks the first project in the UAE for the internationally acclaimed Shanghai-based practice, founded by Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu.

For Al Ghurair Development, the appointment reflects a continued commitment to partnering with world-class architects to shape the next generation of residential living in Dubai.

The forthcoming project will feature a residential tower with curated amenity spaces and ground-level retail. True to Neri&Hu’s design ethos, the architecture will explore layered materiality, textured surfaces and spatial depth, while residences will be designed to foster a seamless connection with nature.

The project will join Al Ghurair Development’s growing portfolio of design-led premium residences, including The Weave in Jumeirah Village Circle, designed with Joe Adsett Architects, and Wedyan, designed by KENGO KUMA & ASSOCIATES under the Al Ghurair Collection super prime brand.

Further details on the Wadi Al Safa 3 development will be revealed in due course.
