كيف تشتري عقار في دبي عن طريق البنك؟ 🇦🇪

1️⃣ حدد ميزانيتك
• للمقيمين: تمويل حتى 80%.
• للمواطنين: حتى 85% للعقارات دون 5 مليون، و70% لما فوق.
• للمقيمين: 65% للعقارات فوق 5 مليون.

2️⃣ خذ الموافقة المبدئية
• بنوك كثيرة تقدمها.
• تحدد كم ممكن تقترض حسب دخلك والديون.

3️⃣ قدّم طلب القرض
أوراق مطلوبة:
• جواز سفر أو هوية إماراتية
• تأشيرة إقامة
• شهادة راتب
• كشف حساب آخر 3 أشهر
• فاتورة تثبت العنوان
