𝟭 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗶 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲...!!
It’s hard to believe that it’s already been a full year since I packed up my life, took a leap of faith, and moved to Dubai. Today, I can confidently say this has been one of the best decisions of my life.
Here are the things that have shaped my first year, from my personal perspective and experiences:
𝟭- 𝗦𝗔𝗙𝗘 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗯𝗶𝗴
When you feel secure, you take risks.
Dubai gave me the mental space and confidence to bet on myself and that became the foundation of everything I built this year.
𝟮- 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀
Working alongside people from 200+ nationalities reshaped how I think, negotiate, problem-solve, and lead. Dubai is a masterclass in diversity-driven growth.
𝟯- 𝗔 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲
Convenience here isn’t a luxury, it’s a catalyst.
Systems, services, deliveries, infrastructure etc, everything works.
That efficiency gave me time to focus on my professional goals and expand my business.
𝟰- 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱𝘄𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸
Being at the centre of the world meant meeting clients, investors and partners from every continent. Each connection elevating my learning curve.
𝟱- 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝘇𝘇 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵
Watching Dubai become the world’s hottest property market has been surreal. Whether you’re an investor or simply exploring, the energy, the competition is contagious. Dubai’s thriving property market didn’t just inspire me it empowered me.
All of this gave me the courage to start my own real estate business Renex Properties Dubai and this is the part I’m most proud of. I took the leap, invested in myself, and started building the empire alongside my eternal support Nabeel Tajik.
