Before paying a property token, verify first.

Before making any commitment:

✅ Verify authority proof if a representative is involved
✅ Confirm the property number and exact location
✅ Check approval, transfer, possession, and dispute status
✅ Put the token amount, payment terms, and refund conditions in writing
Also confirm outstanding dues and use a documented banking channel instead of making an unrecorded cash payment.
