في إطار تعزيز التكامل بين التعليم الأكاديمي والتطبيق العملي، نظّمت كلية القانون بجامعة كلباء بالتعاون مع دائرة التسجيل العقاري – فرع كلباء، ورشة عمل بعنوان «الإجراءات القانونية للتسجيل العقاري». واستعرضت الورشة الإجراءات والتشريعات ذات الصلة، من خلال شرح قدّمه الأستاذ سلطان سهيل الزعابي مدير فرع الدائرة في مدينة كلباء وفريق عمل الدائرة، أتاح للطلبة التعرّف على آليات العمل الميداني في القطاع.
As part of strengthening integration between academic education and practical application, the College of Law at Kalba University, in cooperation with the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department – Kalba Branch, organized a workshop titled “Legal Procedures for Real Estate Registration.” The workshop reviewed the relevant procedures and legislation through a presentation delivered by Mr. Sultan Suhail Al Zaabi, Director of the Department’s Kalba Branch, along with the Department’s team, enabling students to gain insight into fieldwork mechanisms within the sector.
