BT Properties is pleased to announce the signing of the Main Construction Contract for Altura 1, a significant milestone in the continued development of WAADA at Dubai South.

As construction momentum continues across the masterplan, this appointment marks the transition of Altura 1 into its next phase of delivery and reinforces our commitment to working with trusted partners who share our focus on quality, precision, and ex*****on excellence.

Construction Update | June 2026 Mid Month

Progress continues across WAADA as key milestones are achieved across the masterplan.

▫️ Main construction contract signing for Altura 1 & Cascada 1 scheduled in the coming week
▫️ Altura 2 progresses into construction with mobilization and PCC works underway
▫️ Altura 1 advances with shoring, piling, and raft-level excavation works
▫️ Foundation works progressing across 4BR & 6BR villas in the Raiha villa neighbourhood
▫️ First-floor slab casting scheduled for the Rayhan townhouses
▫️ 4BR mock-up villa, Studio, 1-Bedroom, and 3-Bedroom mock-up units continue to take shape
▫️ Ground beam works progressing for the Mosque and Imam House
▫️ Phase 2 grading and infrastructure works continue across the community
