WAADA Construction Update | Mid-September 2026

Construction continues across WAADA’s residences and community spaces.

* Mosque: Roof slab works progressing at the mosque and Imam House.
* Altura 1: Shoring, piling and excavation complete; mobilisation for main construction commenced.
* Altura 2: Waterproofing ongoing; reinforced concrete works progressing on the Zone A raft foundation.
* Raiha 6-bedroom villas: Foundation concrete casting and water tank works ongoing.
* Raiha 4-bedroom semi-detached villas: Foundation concrete casting, slab-on-grade and ground beam works underway.
* Rayhan 3 & 4-bedroom townhouses: First-floor and roof slab concrete casting progressing; blockwork commenced.
* Cascada 1: Zone A raft foundation reinforced concrete works progressing; waterproofing ongoing across Zones B and C; first tower crane installed.
* Show apartments: Studio, 1-bedroom and 3-bedroom show apartments progressing at the Dubai South Sales Centre; 2-bedroom show apartment complete.
* Show villas & townhouse: Raiha 6-bedroom show villa footing complete; structural works progressing at the Raiha 4-bedroom semi-detached show villa; internal finishes advancing within the show townhouse.
