Yup, that’s me at the Freddy Mercury museum and that is me by his piano holding the vest he wore for his 1986 Magic Tour. I have to say it was both an honour mixed with a sense of should I really be holding his vest? The museum was an uplifting experience. Follwing these pics are some shots from around town including Lukmann (the joint with the big tree) where I had lunch and a Tanzanian coke that a little kid helped himself too while I was in the loo. Hakuna Matata which is Swahili for no problem. 😉

Friends from work in Saudi Arabia (left of me) arrived in Berat a few days ago. They are enjoying their stay here and love Sami’s Treasures. Of course I am on the Hoxha phone reporting them to the dictator and his scary wife Nexhmije. 🤣
