Die apti (kurz für Associates – PropTechs – Investors) wurde gegründet, um die digitale Zukunft der österreichischen Immobilienwirtschaft in Österreich und im internationalen Wettbewerb zu sichern. Innovation und Digitalisierung sind der Turbo der Traditionsbranche. Mission der apti ist es, dieses in Österreich wenig genutzte Potenzial zu fördern und hierfür alle relevante
n Teilnehmer zu vernetzen. Die Initiative vernetzt Start-Ups, Entscheider der Immobilienwirtschaft, Hochschulen, Vertreter der Öffentlichen Hand und der Politik, Business Angels, Investoren, Venture Capitalists und PropTech Funds. Der Verein ist eine politisch neutrale, Vereins- und interessenübergreifende Kommunikationsplattform seiner PropTech-Mitgliedsunternehmen gegenüber Politik, Medien, öffentlicher Hand und anderen Wirtschaftsverbänden.

Apti (short for Associates - PropTechs - Investors) was founded to secure the digital future of the Austrian real estate industry in Austria and in international competition. Innovation and digitization are the turbo of the traditional industry. Apti's mission is to promote this little-used potential in Austria and to network all relevant participants for this purpose. The initiative connects start-ups, decision-makers in the real estate industry, universities, representatives of the public sector and politics, business angels, investors, venture capitalists and PropTech funds. The association is a politically neutral, association and cross-interest communication platform for its PropTech member companies towards politics, the media, the public sector and other business associations.
