What it really means to be a breederā¦
Itās not just puppies.
Itās not just cuddles, cute photos and wagging tails (although yes⦠thereās plenty of that too š¤).
Itās the sleepless nights.
The constant checking, cleaning, feeding, worrying.
The quiet moments where you sit beside a tiny life and will them to grow stronger.
Itās knowing every little personalityā¦
who loves to snuggle, who is a little more independent, who needs that extra bit of encouragement.
Itās pouring your heart into raising them with intention.
Socialising them, loving them, preparing them⦠not just for today, but for their entire lives.
Itās the responsibility.
The weight of choosing the right homes.
Not just any home⦠but their home.
And then⦠itās the letting go.
The part no one really talks about.
Handing over a piece of your heart to another family and trusting theyāll love them the way you have.
We are their first love.
And that matters more than most people realise.
Being a breeder isnāt easy.
Itās emotional, exhausting, and at times overwhelmingā¦
But itās also one of the greatest honours.
To raise these beautiful souls,
to be part of the beginning of their story,
and to watch them go on to change lives in ways we could only hope for.
This is what it means to be a breeder.
Not just raising puppiesā¦
but raising futures š¤
