The next size is the 34mm Log Cabins, with this range of cabins the windows are increased to a standard double glazed windows. The cabins start to span further and give a higher resistance to weather. Like all the Log Cabins the flooring is a 28mm tongue and groove system. Increasing in size is the next log thickness of 44mm. The cabins are of high quality and have double glazed windows and doors as standard. The logs now have a double groove and offer a high quality sealed building suitable for studios, granny flats, offices and rumpus rooms. The flooring is 28mm tongue and groove . We can offer the buildings in a 70mm as a single log which improves the temperature ratings for the log cabin but at this point it would be suitable to choose one of Log Cabins LV range of twin skin cabins. The twin Skin cabins are available in 34mm twin skin and 44mm twin skin. What is twin skin? Twin skin cabins is double wall logs and double roof. The logs have between 75 and 100mm between perfect for running services for electricity and plumbing. The twin skin range of log cabins are suitable for class 1 habitable structures as the cavity is filled with insulation.
