We’re looking for an organised, people-focused Administration Scheduler to join the House Inspect Australia and Pest Protect Australia team.

This is a key role in keeping our days running smoothly, coordinating bookings and schedules, supporting our inspectors and technicians in the field, and providing friendly, professional service to our customers from their first enquiry onwards.

We’re looking for someone who communicates confidently, has strong attention to detail and can stay organised when there are plenty of moving parts. Previous experience in administration, scheduling or customer service is preferred, with experience in property services, trades, inspections or a similar environment highly regarded.

In return, you’ll join a supportive, established team with plenty of variety in your day, ongoing training and opportunities to develop within the business.
