Not bad for a local Great Southern team!

Wellington & Reeves ranked 24th in WA among medium offices for listings sold in REIWA’s 2026 Top Performing Agencies report for last month.

Buyers remain active across the Great Southern. We’re pleased to be playing our part and continuing to achieve solid results for our sellers.

A big thank you to our clients for trusting our team. ❤️🖤

🏡 The market didn't get the memo...

While some reports talk about a quieter market, our sales reps weekend looked a little different.
There was plenty of activity across the Great Southern, with buyers out inspecting homes and sellers taking advantage of current market conditions.

It's a reminder that real estate is always local!
What's happening nationally doesn't always reflect what's happening in your neighbourhood.

Thinking of selling? Now might be a better time than you think.
