💡 Electricals (like ovens, lights & powerpoints) are working
🔥 Gas appliances (heaters, stoves) are safe and functional
🚿 Plumbing (taps, toilets, showers) is in good condition
🏡 The home is as agreed in your contract, and any required repairs are done

Remember, though 👉 every contract is different.

Some include specific entitlements, others don’t even allow a final inspection, so it's essential to understand exactly what you're entitled to and what's covered for your specific circumstances.
