At Raine & Horne Albury | Wodonga, we’re pleased to introduce you to our experienced Property Manager, Yiota Barkley.
With more than 20 years of experience in the local real estate industry, Yiota brings extensive knowledge, professionalism and a genuine passion for the Albury region. Having been raised locally, she has a deep understanding of the community and a strong appreciation for what makes the region such a wonderful place to live and invest.
Yiota’s career has spanned both Sales and Property Management, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the industry and the needs of both property owners and tenants. Trustworthy, motivated and committed to achieving quality results, Yiota prides herself on delivering first-class customer service.
Known for her genuine and approachable nature, strong work ethic and dedication to building lasting relationships, Yiota is committed to making the property management experience as smooth and positive as possible for everyone involved.
Away from real estate, Yiota enjoys socialising with friends and family and has a passion for cooking and creating sweet treats to share with those around her. She is also an active member of the local Greek Orthodox community, serving on the committee and contributing her time to support community events.
Whether assisting property owners with their investments or supporting tenants throughout their tenancy, Yiota brings experience, care and a personal touch to everything she does.
