We are often asked about our maintenance process. Our proactive and responsive approach is second to none, ensuring maintenance is addressed promptly.

When a maintenance request comes through, as your property managers, we will:
- Assess the issue: Determine what needs to be addressed and how urgent it is.
- Plan the next steps: Establish the appropriate course of action and whether a trade is required.
- Inform you, the landlord, provide you with a solution and obtain your instructions.
- Coordinate the repair: Arrange the appropriate qualified tradesperson where necessary and keep the process moving.
- Keep everyone informed: Communicate with both landlords and tenants throughout the process.

Our goal is to make maintenance simple, efficient and stress-free for landlords and tenants, while ensuring tenants' concerns are addressed promptly.

Being a property investor shouldn't mean managing repairs and quotes yourself - that's what we're for.
