*Find our house at 36 Bayview Rd, American River on Google Maps before you leave Penneshaw as mobile reception is poor between there
& American River. Drive on the bitumen road all the way to American River rather than taking the dirt roads which would increase your risk of hitting wallabies and kangaroos at dawn & dusk. Our House

Dining area seats 8 people. Sitting room has a smart TV, reverse cycle air conditioning/heating and opens onto outdoor entertaining area. Outdoor entertaining area has dining table with seating for 8, a bar bench and a barbecue bench & cupboard. Dimmable lighting.
*There are two child's swings hanging from one of the trees.
