CONVEYANCER – JOIN OUR TEAM

East Vic Conveyancing | Bairnsdale

East Vic Conveyancing is looking for a Conveyancer to join our growing team in Bairnsdale.

We are open to 4 days per week or full-time (5 days), working 8:30am – 5:00pm.

About the role:

* Manage conveyancing matters from start to finish
* Prepare and review contracts and Section 32 Vendor Statements
* Liaise with clients, agents, solicitors and other professionals
* Manage settlements and PEXA transactions
* Provide friendly, professional service to our clients

About you:

* Conveyancing experience is preferred, but not essential
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and client service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
* A willingness to learn and develop your conveyancing skills
