People thought we were mad for buying a run down/stinky arse property in the middle of a PANDEMIC (actually I dont know how I got Justin over the line) but we have successfully settled today and did better than we could have imagined.

Thank you for your words of support and encouragement over the last 12 months - its been a long one.

We are scouting for our next one. So watch this space!!!

One week until settlement so excited. It has been a long haul finishing this up but so worth it. The learnings from it:
- buy closer
- paint in one colour only
- track receipts better 😂
- longer kitchen bench
- rope off and water grass the entire time
- don’t get too attached to neighbours 🥰

One more day of work then we are done. Yayyy

We are unconditional whoop hoop. So excited all our hard work is about to pay off!!
