Ok i need to be very clear about this i dont need name and shame posts on social media for not answering my phone on a weekend or public holidays, call between 7 and 530 during the week.

If I dont answer i will follow it up as quick as I can if not brianna will follow up as soon as she can.

This doesnt effect our work and what we deliver to our community we will not tolerate people trying to get attention when we have valid reason.

We have family and a life to and like to switch off during our weekends.

Any childish name and shame will be addressed straight away. Kind regards bv team 🙌
