Routine inspections aren’t so bad when there’s views like this! 😍

Routine inspections aren’t about nit-picking every little thing or judging how clean a tenant’s home is. They’re an important part of making sure the property is being cared for, maintenance is picked up early, and everyone stays on the same page.
For tenants, inspections can actually be a helpful reminder of areas that may need a little extra attention.🧽

Keeping on top of cleaning and general upkeep throughout your tenancy can also make a big difference when it’s eventually time to vacate, so less hard work to do at the end!

And it’s not just about cleaning...

We’re also looking for maintenance issues.

Catching small issues early gives owners the opportunity to address them before they potentially become larger, more expensive problems all while helping tenants enjoy a home that is well maintained and looked after.
So really, routine inspections are about protecting the property, helping tenants stay on top of their home, and keeping everything running smoothly.

This past weekend, I stepped outside my comfort zone and did something just for me. 🐴

To say I’m proud of Luna and myself is an understatement. Neither of us has done anything in over a year, and we’d never attended a clinic like this before. It was exciting, a little nerve racking, and so much fun.

Sometimes I get so caught up in work that I forget to make time for moments like these. It was a refreshing reminder of how important it is to do something you love, and I’ve come back feeling re-energised both at work and at home.

Here’s to making more time for the things that make us happy. 🤍
