Looking back, I feel incredibly fortunate to have built my career alongside Pat Jameson. Patā€™s leadership, guidance and unwavering support have played a significant role in shaping the agent I am today. Well, Iā€™ve officially taken the Fisher nameā€¦ so naturally, Iā€™ve decided to take Ethan with me too.

Some husbands get dragged to open homes on weekends. Mine has been dragged all the way into real estate.

In all seriousness, I am so excited to have Ethan joining me as part of the team. As the market shifts, we are not pulling back. We are growing, upskilling and putting the right support around our clients from the very beginning.

Ethan brings a hardworking, practical and people-first approach, and for those who know him, youā€™ll know he gives everything 100%. He will be working closely with our buyers, helping with inspections, communication and making sure no opportunity is missed.

Team Fisher is becoming a real family affair, and while I may have dragged him along for the ride, I have no doubt our clients are going to love having him involved.

Today I had the opportunity to sit on a panel in front of the Blackshaw group and speak about what Iā€™m doing differently in a changing market.

I genuinely love what I do, and Iā€™m passionate about continuing to grow, evolve and adapt in an industry that never stands still. If sharing my experience today inspired even one colleague to back themselves, think differently or lean into the opportunities that come with change, then Iā€™ve done my job.

Iā€™m incredibly proud to be part of the brand and an industry that challenges us to keep learning. Growth doesnā€™t happen by staying comfortable, it comes from stepping up, backing yourself and being willing to do things differently.

This Valentineā€™s Day feels a little extra special šŸ¤

Only fitting that today marks the beginning of my leave as I get ready to marry my best friend, my biggest supporter, and the love of my life.

From building our lives on the South Coast to stepping into this next chapter together, I couldnā€™t be more excited to become Jessica Fisher.

Iā€™ll be taking some time away and will be on leave until the 9th of March, returning with a new name, a full heart, and ready for an incredible year ahead.
