Cakes, Biscuits, Slices, Nutella Twists, Lemon Biscotti etc. Also our Chickpea & Lentil Curry or Roast Pumpkin Soup both served with homemade yogurt and spiced pepitas!!

As the summer veggies wind down and the cold mornings betray the advance of winter, we thought we’d post a montage of our season… the astonishing size of some of the fruit ( particularly apples ,tomatoes and pumpkins) left us shaking our heads. Also the roses are in a third show and we’re still picking tomatoes.
One great addition to the arsenal of yard tools was the purchase of a cart to go on my e-bike! Holds a large wicker basket that I can fill up with anything, including wood, and get it from one side of the property to the other quickly and easily.
Big shout out to our good friends Lisa and Scotty for their great work ( and gifts of produce- passion fruit for one) and Andrew and Mary ( Andrew can fix anything and Mary is a font of garden knowledge)
Hope to see you at Evandale Market Sundays… in the coming weeks we’ll be doing roast pumpkin soup and spicy Thai pumpkin soup as well as the Chickpea & lentil curry, onion & roast beetroot tart and a variety of veggie rolls… this is in addition to Carrol’s inventive baking, packaging and cooking that makes up Pomona
