I got this OPTION in Orange to subdivide one into two on a corner block. I have exercised the option and now developing it myself with my JV. I met today with real estate agents and town planner in Orange to discuss further action plan . Numbers are looking promising. While interacting with
the real estate agents, came across another good project and looking into it now. I will update with the feasibility very soon.
