Hey guys sorry we have been quiet on the socials. But we wanted to share this review a client left us 😎😎😎

I cannot speak highly enough of Brodie Riley and the team at Riley Property Improvement.

Having just moved to Mittagong, I was faced with a completely overgrown, w**d- and thorn-infested 500sqm ‘nothing block of wasted space in need of a full transformation.

The scope — replacing rock / w**ded walls, installing white stone features, creating a fire pit area with seating, building decking, incorporating corten steel elements, building a separate shed for a gym and sauna (Byron Holloway) a slab for the shed by Brodie, levelling the land, installing 80–100 sandstone blocks to replace crumbling walls, laying mulch and new turf, and replacing fencing with both a Highlands post-and-rail fence and a Federation-style wire fence with gates.

Quotes ranged anywhere from $100k to $320k, but I chose Brodie because he stood out immediately — honest, structured, and willing to offer practical, thoughtful advice. We were working from rough sketches and even an AI-generated concept I had created, and he embraced the vision with professionalism and clarity.

From day one, Brodie and his team were exceptional. Communication was consistent and transparent, they started on time, and despite challenging weather conditions, they delivered the project exactly on schedule. The work ethic of the team was incredible — hardworking, respectful, clean, and always leaving the site tidy.

The transformation in just five weeks was nothing short of remarkable and the shed and fit out from start to finish 12 weeks. What was once an unusable block is now a beautifully designed, functional outdoor space.

Brodie doesn’t just deliver a job — he delivers a vision.

I’m genuinely grateful for the effort, care, and craftsmanship shown throughout this project and would 100% recommend Brodie Riley and Riley Property Improvement to anyone looking for quality, reliability, and outstanding results.

Busy week for the cat 255 equipped with the heavy duty high flow brush cutter. Heavy Reeded plants that this farmers tractor was just having trouble getting through was no match for this work horse!
