We know this site had a lot of heart, and we didn't take the decision to start fresh lightly. While the original home had that classic character many of us love, the reality of the design told a different story.
The house sat right in the center of the block. It "strangled" the land—leaving awkward, sloped unusable pockets of space. The layout simply wasn't built for the way we live today.
Our vision for Cellar Property Group isn't just about replacing buildings; it’s about unlocking the true potential of a site. By moving to a two-lot subdivision, we are creating two distinct, west-north facing homes designed to breathe.
We’re trading a cramped footprint for open-plan living, seamless indoor-outdoor flow, and private backyards that families can create new forever memories.
