“Should we wait until the world goes back to ‘normal’… or should we sell now?”

Buyers haven’t disappeared. They’ve just become more considered.
They’re still out there. Still inspecting. Still making strong offers… when the right property comes up.
What has changed is this… The market is less forgiving. Pricing needs to be sharp. Presentation needs to be on point. And strategy matters more than ever.
So the real question isn’t just “should we wait?”
It’s… “What would we be waiting for… and what happens if the market shifts again while we do?”
For some sellers, waiting makes sense.
For others, acting now -with the right approach – puts them in a stronger position.
There’s no blanket answer anymore.
