Meet Tristan, our Property Manager across Willow by Azure in North Lakes and Elwood by Azure in Mango Hill.

With property in his DNA, Tristan brings a depth of experience shaped by a family background spanning real estate agencies and business brokerage.

His considered, methodical approach has seen him quickly establish himself within Queensland’s residential market. Most notably, he successfully leased Elwood in its entirety within just four weeks of settlement, alongside being named a Finalist in the 2025 REIQ Awards for Excellence.

Based locally in the Moreton Bay Region, Tristan manages communities close to home, delivering a seamless, highly personalised experience for both investors and residents.

Wellbrook by Azure continues to progress strongly, with momentum building across every stage of the community.

Across the 152 terraces currently under construction, works are advancing in parallel, from early-stage slabs and framing through to roofing, rendering, and internal fit-outs. Several residences are now entering their final stages, with external painting nearing completion and interiors taking shape.

At the centre of the community, the communal facility is emerging, with the slab complete and structural works underway. Civil works across the site are now approximately 95% complete, including key entry statements, boundary fencing, and surrounding road upgrades.

A significant month on site, with Wellbrook by Azure continuing to take shape.

Ember by Azure is inching closer to the final stages of construction, with completion due later this year.

Concrete driveways are nearing completion, as the team moves into the final stages of structural works across the site.

Roofing, external cladding and electrical work continue, alongside early landscaping, which is now over halfway complete.

Looking ahead, painting is set to commence shortly, marking the transition into the final stages of internal finishes.

We’re proud to have collaborated with MSJ Alliance on the delivery of our headquarters, where bespoke joinery and detailed craftsmanship play a defining role throughout the space.

From American Oak meeting and executive desks, to the reception, kitchen and storage joinery, every element has been thoughtfully resolved to ensure a cohesive and highly functional environment. Feature moments such as the curved staircase handrail, custom doors and refined finishes further elevate the overall experience.

A strong alignment in quality, detail and delivery made this a seamless collaboration, and a result that reflects our shared commitment to enduring, design-led spaces.

Construction at Oakmont by Azure continues to build momentum, with key milestones achieved across the site.

Terraces 24–31 are nearing completion, with cladding complete and painting underway. Across Terraces 16–23 and 32–35, external works are progressing, with internal finishes now underway.

Further along, Terraces 36–47 have reached lock-up, with services and cladding in progress, while Terraces 1–15 continue to advance with slabs and framing now underway.

Within the communal areas, the wellness and amenity spaces are beginning to take shape, with the main structure complete and roofing now installed.
