REA Group recently published data highlighting just how much buyers are paying for space in Brisbane.

In New Farm for example, the median price gap between a 2-bed and 3-bed house is now around $1.39m.

But the more interesting story isn’t the actually the number itself.

Buyers are placing a growing premium on larger floorplans, better amenities, more usable space and homes they can actually grow into.

So what would you choose: the postcode you love, or the space you need?
