We clean homes day in and day out, and I have been in this industry for 18 years. I know the ins and outs of bond cleaning, but we are still human and sometimes a tiny thing may be missed by accident.

We often have only ONE day, sometimes two, to clean an entire property from top to bottom. Some homes are left with years of built-up grime, mould, dust and neglect, yet our team still works incredibly hard to achieve the best possible result 💪🏼🧹

We work alongside some of the biggest and most well-known real estate agencies in our area, and that speaks for itself. They trust our experience, our work and our commitment to getting the job done properly ⭐️

So yes, it can be extremely frustrating and disheartening when all that hard work is overlooked, and instead we receive five photos showing a tiny amount of dust or a few crumbs 😵‍💫 Especially when we are always happy to return and fix any genuine cleaning issues!

This house had already been “cleaned” by another bond cleaner, but unfortunately, the tenant was completely ripped off and left with a clean that was nowhere near professional standards.

Please do your research before booking a bond cleaner. Check their reviews, ask what’s included, make sure they offer a written bond-back guarantee, and consider the cleaners recommended by your real estate they’re usually recommended for a reason. A cheap clean can end up costing you twice when another company has to come in and fix it.

Hi everyone,

I have just been made aware that someone in our community has used a fraudulent invoice displaying my company’s name and details.

Sparkling Cleaning Co. did NOT complete the clean referenced on this invoice. The property is located on the Gold Coast, which is an area we do not service and have never serviced.

This is a very serious matter, and I will not tolerate my business name being used without permission. I have contacted my lawyer and will be taking this matter further.

If anyone has received an invoice claiming to be from Sparkling Cleaning Co. and has concerns about whether it is genuine, please contact me directly so I can verify it.

Please be careful when booking a bond cleaner through Airtasker. A cheap quote can end up costing more if the clean doesn’t meet your real estate’s requirements and you have to pay someone else to finish it.

The number of calls we get from people asking us to fix another cleaner’s bond clean or saying their cleaner never showed up is honestly insane. We’ve had three of those calls today alone. It’s so stressful for people who are already trying to move house and hand their keys back on time.

A professional bond clean is much more than a quick vacuum, mop and wipe-down. Before booking, ask exactly what’s included and what costs extra. Check their reviews, get the price and inclusions in writing, and ask what happens if the real estate raises cleaning issues.

If your real estate recommends a bond cleaner, it’s worth considering them they know what that cleaner’s work is like. And please don’t pay the full balance upfront without seeing the finished job or clear photos.

Do your checks before you book. It could save you a lot of money and stress. 🧽✨
