St. Francis of Assisi once said, “He who works with his hands is a laborer. He who works with his hands and his head is a craftsman. He who works with his hands and his head and his heart is an artist.”
I liken myself to a craftsman but every once in a while, I’m invited to do project that allows me to express my full self.

One of my favorite projects was designing and building this gate and fence for a client in Albuquerque, NM. The client was on a tight budget but because of the accessibility to natural and recycled resources I was able to create something that was both functional and beautiful for minimal cost.
