All properties sold through Upfront Property have two reports undertaken prior to sale; a building and pest inspection and an independent valuation. Both these documents are then shown to potential buyers to create a more honest, reliable, and faster sale than standard sale practices offer. Owner pays for both reports themselves upfront ($1000 total approximate). Agent commission on the sale is 1.

5%. Upfront Property pays for both reports. Buyer then reimburses Upfront Property for the reports at settlement if the property sells, or at 3 months if the property hasn`t been sold by then. Agent commission on the sale is 2%. "But why as an owner would I want to pay approximately $1000 for these reports when they are normally paid for by the buyer or bank?":

1. You will be less likely to receive offers below your property`s true worth.
2. Your property becomes more appealing to buyers than similar properties without the reports.
3. Low agent commission rate

My recent Manunda unit renovated & sold. First time ever I employed a sales agent to get it sold (NP Property) through their contacts, while continuing to use my method of always providing a building and pest report and independent valuation report to the buyer. Sold for 7k over valuation at $327,000.
As usual I had hoped this property would be my forever home but due to noise and other issues i had to move on, but happy to flip it sucessfully.
