This one really took off! ✈️

303/4 Masson Street, Turner 📍

North-facing, corner position, park views and just a paper plane’s throw from the city! 🌳🏙️

When you’re meant to be getting the property ready for the photoshoot… but Queen comes on. 🎧🕺😂

Sorry Jack and Jake, apparently the intercom is no match for AirPods.

Thankfully, 21/21 Braybrooke Street, Bruce is worth the wait. A spacious two-bedroom apartment with a study room, great balcony and room to move… clearly. 🕺🏡

🎣 Josh took “putting out extra lines to find buyers” a little too literally…

Thankfully, with uninterrupted Lake Ginninderra views, beautiful natural light and a spacious one-bedroom layout, we don’t think we’ll need to go fishing too far for the right buyer for this one.

📍 29/35 Chandler Street, Belconnen

Come for the lake views. Stay for Josh’s commitment to prospecting. 😆

After winning REIACT Marketer of the Year, my office principals, Paul and Chris very generously offered to celebrate with a full-page advertorial in the Allhomes magazine.

But being an award for marketing and being innovative, I thought there might be a more fitting way to spend it.

So we invested it into something I’m genuinely passionate about: video, social media and doing things a little differently.

The result? Our own Canberra take on the opening credits of The Office. 🎬

A huge thank you to Paul and Chris for always backing my ideas, my team for playing along, and most importantly, my clients for trusting me to market their homes.

This one was a lot of fun. ❤️

Apparently Cam from Aperture has decided people don’t want to see the houses anymore… they just want to see me dance. 🕺😂

I tried to remind him we actually had a pretty awesome home to sell.

Thankfully, we eventually got around to showing you 23 Greenman Street, MacGregor. 🌿🏡

Three bedrooms, a fantastic open plan layout, beautiful gardens and plenty of space for the family to enjoy.

The dancing? That’s just part of the service these days. 😂

Every great home deserves its own opening credits. 📺🏡

So for 1 McCawley Street, Watson, Josh and I went full 90s sitcom.

Same owners for 28 years. Three bedrooms. A private 620m² corner block. A huge double garage and workshop. And gardens that have had almost three decades of love poured into them. 🌿

It’s warm, welcoming and wonderfully nostalgic.

The only thing changing this season? The cast. ❤️

We came for the views. We stayed because Josh lost the keys. 😆

What followed was a full search of 25/2 Newchurch Street, Coombs, taking in the light-filled corner position, versatile three-level layout and those incredible views back towards Black Mountain. 🏡

Turns out the keys were on the top-floor balcony. In Josh’s defence, that view is a pretty good distraction. 😍

And yes, Josh made it back to the car, where he graciously accepted his new position in the back seat. The newest team member rides sh***un now. 🏆😎

🎶 Come together… right now… over to Altitude.

When the photoshoot starts in two minutes and the apartment is so close to Westfield Belconnen that walking is genuinely the quicker option!

A quick trip across our very own Abbey Road and you’re home.

Welcome to 20/39 Chandler Street, Belconnen 🏡

Three bedrooms, seriously generous living spaces and uninterrupted views across Lake Ginninderra, all just a short stroll from the heart of Belconnen.
