My thoughts on selling now versus waiting for the market to recover? It completely depends on each owner’s circumstances 🙏

We will always give our clients the same advice we would follow ourselves.

This week alone, I’ve had three appraisal appointments where owners told me, “But the other agent said the market was great.” 😂

Either they’re seeing something the rest of us aren’t… or they’ve been overseas without internet for the past few months. 🤷‍♂️

The reality is the market has changed significantly. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t sell — it just means you need honest advice and a strategy that suits your situation.
