"Sydney rental market is difficult but what's even harder is to find a decent agent who is honest and treats renters with respect. I had to exit my lease due to personal reasons. One Agency was empathetic. They always responded to emails, I even overpaid rent and they returned it (I didn't know). Very good agent and easy to deal with.
