Amazing Homes featured in Home Design- Builders Magazine pages 161-163.
Inspired by a Las Vegas design, the homeowners wanted a unique abode that would be a joyous space for their teenagers to reside in, while also providing plenty of room to entertain family and friends. Amazing Homes worked collaboratively with the homeowner, to craft the design. The team went above and beyond to ensure the brief was met, placing a strong focus on luxurious inclusions and premium finishes, including magnificent stonework and onyx features, courtesy of A&B Stone Pty Ltd. Perfectly encapsulating the clients' desire for a bespoke design, the creative façade is an extraordinary piece of architecture. Featuring an array of double-glazed windows placed at different heights, a modern Spanish roof and abstract concrete steps, as well as a glass garage door and a tailored landscape, the bespoke façade has an impressive street presence. Upon entry, guest are greeted by the grand foyer, and a striking in-built onyx bar.
Focusing on the flow between rooms, the open-plan layout allows for an airy lightness, which is further encouraged by the placements of windows and walls, as well as three-metre ceilings, and considered interior decorating.
