A softer expression of inner city living.
Warm tones, gentle curves and generous balconies give Lyra a quiet confidence, sitting proudly beside the park in a peaceful pocket of Chermside.
As construction progresses, the vision is taking shape, thoughtfully appointed residences where considered details and timeless design come together to create an exceptional place to call home.

And just like that, Lyra has topped out.
With the final rooftop slab now complete, we’re loving seeing her gentle curves and sculptural form come to life from above.
There’s still plenty to come, but we already can’t wait to see those generous rooftop planter boxes filled with lush greenery and fresh herbs, softening the architecture and bringing the rooftop garden to life.
A very exciting milestone for Lyra.

Today’s site walk at LYRA was particularly rewarding, with joinery installation now well underway and the interiors beginning to take shape. Seeing the curved forms, warm timber tones and considered detailing move from drawings into built form is always a significant moment. These spaces have been designed to balance function and beauty in equal measure, and it is exciting to see that intent coming through so clearly on site.

We've reached level 8. Lyra's rooftop relaxation zone, where the outlook stretches, across the city to the mountains, Moreton Bay and beyond.
Up here, block-work is well underway, and beginning to define the generous landscape garden beds that will shape the beautiful rooftop space.
Meanwhile, through the lower levels, the apartments are steadily coming to life. Tiles are being laid, internal fit outs are progressing, the finely detailed MPR doors have arrived onsite ready to slide into their carefully constructed pockets.
With every layer added the character of Lyra becomes clearer, refined , considered and quietly elegant. She is shaping up to be the gracious lady we always knew she would be.
We cannot wait to share her with you.
Displays are expected to open for viewing at he end of October.

Considered in every detail. Designed for the way you live.
Lyra is shaped by quiet confidence in good design, where every decision has purpose and nothing is added without reason.
Natural textures, refined finishes and a restrained material palette come together to create interiors that feel warm, resolved and enduring. Joinery, lighting fixtures and surfaces have been considered not in isolation, but as part of a complete living experience.
The result is a collection of homes designed to feel effortless to live in, with a sense of calm that comes from thoughtful planning and timeless materiality.

We’re thrilled to see the final level now underway — level 8 is a defining milestone as Lyra takes her place overlooking the park.
With this final residential level rising, only the penthouse, common areas, and the roof remain to complete the building’s vertical form. It is an extraordinary moment to watch the architecture, outlook and vision come together.
