We've reached level 8. Lyra's rooftop relaxation zone, where the outlook stretches, across the city to the mountains, Moreton Bay and beyond.
Up here, block-work is well underway, and beginning to define the generous landscape garden beds that will shape the beautiful rooftop space.
Meanwhile, through the lower levels, the apartments are steadily coming to life. Tiles are being laid, internal fit outs are progressing, the finely detailed MPR doors have arrived onsite ready to slide into their carefully constructed pockets.
With every layer added the character of Lyra becomes clearer, refined , considered and quietly elegant. She is shaping up to be the gracious lady we always knew she would be.
We cannot wait to share her with you.
Displays are expected to open for viewing at he end of October.

We’re thrilled to see the final level now underway — level 8 is a defining milestone as Lyra takes her place overlooking the park.
With this final residential level rising, only the penthouse, common areas, and the roof remain to complete the building’s vertical form. It is an extraordinary moment to watch the architecture, outlook and vision come together.

Under brilliant blue sky, Level 7 is taking shape. Steel preparation is well underway, with the site in full motion ahead of the next concrete pour. Another defining milestone for Lyra, and another level closer to completion ⭐️

The momentum at Lyra is building and it is exciting to see it all taking shape.
With the level 2 slab now complete and the walls already going up, the vision is becoming more real by the day. There is something incredibly rewarding about watching each stage come together and seeing the scale, form and presence of Lyra start to emerge.
Level 3 is next, and we cannot wait to share more as progress continues.
